We have started our new place at the heart of the City, in Taksim. A place with full of light and full of life.

Are you coming to Istanbul? Would you like to stay in a comfortable place and reach wherever you want easily?

More importantly, would you like to feel at home?

So, be our guest rather than being a client somewhere else!

We have three rooms in a huge (150 sqm) flat and rent them for short and long terms.

Each room includes a double bed, a wardrobe with drawers, a table and a chair. There are all the facilities you will need to live (washing machine, dish washer, cooker, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and 1Mbit unlimited internet connection). These are all available for your comfort.

You will enjoy the city to the fullest. Staying in Taksim means being close to the everything in the city. Taksim is a center and close to the other centers. The flat is 2 min (100 mt) walk to Taksim square where there are bus and minibus (dolmus) stops to everywhere in Istanbul you can imagine, such as Sultanahmet, Eminonu, Mecidiyekoy, Bakirkoy, Kadikoy, etc. etc. and metro to Levent, and funicular to Kabatas. When you reach Kabatas or Eminonu you can take boats and ships to Asian side of the city or along the Bosphorus. Also, Ataturk International Airport could be reached by public transport or shuttles from the Taksim Square.

Price per person per night is 25 euros, per week 175 euros. Second person only comes for 25 euros per week, namely, two person per week is only 200 euros. If you stay 3 weeks, you will have the 4th week for free. (+100 euros deposit fully refundable at the end of your stay).

Where were we?

In the period when we are not here writing, we had guests from different parts of the world and started our new flat in Taksim. People visited us from Netherland, Portugal, USA, Canada, Germany and South Korea. We think that is really nice experience the meet people all over the world.

the studio flat in Fatih

In this post we would like to show our studio flat in Fatih. It is sunny, small and very comfortable. There are two rooms (a bedroom and a study), a kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the house a huge terrace for private use. On sunny days you can enjoy to the fullest.

Let us first show you the bedroom:

There are a double bed, two wardrobes with shelves, a bookshelf, a table with two chairs and a bed side lamp (click on the pictures to view in fullsize).

This is the study: There are a doube sofa, a single sofa, a table, a chair, a table lamp, and two bookshelves filled up with books.

The bedroom and the study separated with a sliding door (of course, this is a studio!).

And a big and comfortable kitchen is waiting for you. There is everything available to show your talent.

There are a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a cooker, a table with four chairs and whatever you need for cooking. Also, washing machine is settled in the kitchen. Two doors open the kitchen, one from study and second from bedroom. The door you see at the end of the kitchen opens to the bathroom.

The bathroom is with shower (24h hot water).

Those are all available and ready for use. If you feel to ride around Istanbul, a spare bike could be in your service.

Location of the place is close to the centers and main transportation routes on the European side of the city. The metro line between Aksaray and Ataturk international airport and, tramline, bus and minibus lines to Sultanahmet, Eminonu, Taksim and Bakirkoy are in reach of 100 m. You can reach to Sultanahmet and Eminonu in 10 min, Taksim and Bakirkoy in 20 min.

Now on, we are on the blog!

We are from Istanbul and would like you to have a nice time here. We offer to different places at the heart of the city, close to main centers and still quiet and relaxing.

First one is in Fatih. At the center of the historical part of the European side of the Istanbul. You can reach Sultanahmet, Eminonu, Bakirkoy, Taksim and Beyoglu by only one bus, minibus, taxi, tram, metro whatever you would like. And it will take at most only 20 min to rech these places. Also, Fatih district is very famous and you will find many historical monuments, mosques, fountains and churces those with charming beauty.
